DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT

The document registry of the National Heritage Board contains correspondence, directives, contracts and requests for information. Documents are sorted by date in descending order – the most recent documents appear first. If you click on the data of a document, a new document is opened that contains information on the document type, name of the compiler/responsible person and reply deadline. In the case of documents with no access restrictions, accompanying files are opened as well.

 

You can search based on the document type, range of registration dates, title of the document or sender (From)/addressee (To) fields. In the case of letters from natural persons, the sender’s name is replaced with initials in order to protect privacy.
